Introduce a retailer. Earn a commission.

Program version: October 9, 2026. Review these terms before applying or submitting a lead.

1. Approval: Participation and each retailer referral require written approval from Show Me Distributor. We assign partner IDs manually. A submitted lead or opened account alone does not earn commission.
2. New business: Existing accounts, active SMD prospects, self-referrals, and duplicate referrals are excluded. The first approved, documented introduction receives credit. Introductions must be genuine and made with the business contact’s permission.
3. Timing: The retailer’s first qualifying paid order must occur within 90 calendar days after SMD approves the lead, unless we agree to an extension in writing. The six-month commission period begins on that first qualifying paid order. Eligible order payment dates must fall before the six-month anniversary.
4. Account scope: Credit applies only to the approved business and locations. Additional locations or a chain-wide rollout require written agreement. Referral IDs on applications help identify a referral but do not replace SMD’s attribution approval.
5. Calculation: Commission is 10% of positive commissionable margin on eligible paid and fulfilled wholesale orders sold by SMD. Commissionable margin is collected product revenue after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges, less product cost, refunds, payment fees, and shipping or delivery costs absorbed by SMD. No commission is earned on zero or negative margin.
6. Payouts: SMD reviews commissions monthly and pays approved amounts by the end of the following month. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or later cost corrections can reduce unpaid commissions or be offset against future commissions. Required payout and tax information will be requested privately after approval.
7. Partner conduct: Partners make introductions; SMD sets prices, approves accounts, and handles sales. Partners may not bind SMD to contracts, promise pricing, or make unsupported product claims. Public promotional endorsements must clearly disclose that the partner may earn referral commissions.
8. Participation: There is no signup fee or commission for recruiting other partners. No earnings are guaranteed. SMD may end participation for fraud or misuse. Any changes to rates or account scope require written notice and do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned under an approved referral agreement.
